Job Title:Junior Sous Chef
Description:This exciting position will suit a fully qualified chef with at least two years experience working in a quality establishment.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and taking charge in the Head chefs absence. Menu planning and costing, wage control and staff training are just some of the responsibilities of this demanding role.
Salary:£18,000 per annum plus gratuities
Hours:As required. 5 days out of seven.
